• The ABUS replacement keys are ordered directly from the manufacturer and shipped to you within about 10 working days.
• Depending on the order situation at the manufacturer ABUS, the delivery time can be shorter but also a little longer.

What information do I have to provide when ordering the key?

• The eBike key number consists of a letter and number combination.
• e.g. „T82 1234“ or „T83 1234“ (like T82 but extended bit for inside lock cylinders) or „F82 1234“ or „NW52 1234“.
• To order a pair of ABUS replacement keys, the key number is required in this form.
• Please specify the key number in the comment field at the end of the order.

Where can I find the key number on my ABUS key?

• The key number can be found on the original ABUS key as an engraving.
• Many dealers include the key number of your electric bike on the original invoice.

What can I do if I do not have a key number?

• In this case, the old lock cylinder must be opened mechanically and replaced with a new cylinder.

How can I reorder an ABUS key with a different number sequence?

• It is also possible to reorder keys for so-called „Plus“ and „X-Plus“ cylinders.
• The „Plus“ key number is 6 digits without letters. e.g. „123456“.

• The X-Plus key number has an „X“ in front of the also 6-digit number. e.g. X123456

• Please be sure to note that different prices apply to special keys (e.g. „X123456“ and „123456“). The price will be requested from the manufacturer ABUS before triggering this key order.

How can I exchange or return an incorrectly ordered ABUS key?
