This centrelock adapter is only approved for use with one-piece brake discs. When using two-piece brake discs, proper installation of the lock ring is not guaranteed. Due to the greater installation height of the spider with two-piece brake discs, the lock ring cannot be mounted with the required screw-in depth. Therefore, the manufacturer generally advises against mounting this centre lock adapter with two-piece brake discs for safety reasons.
